This Agreement is effective as of the date of signature between Diporusa LLC (“Firm”) and the individual whose details are provided in the Client Information above (“Client”).
1. SERVICES
The Firm will:
- Prepare federal and/or state tax returns based on Client provided information
- Electronically file returns upon Client approval
The Firm does NOT provide:
- Audit representation
- Legal, financial, or tax advisory services
2. NO GUARANTEE
The Firm does not guarantee any tax outcome, including refunds or tax liability. Results depend on Client information and tax laws.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Submit documents on time
- Review the return before filing
The Firm relies entirely on Client provided information and does not verify its accuracy.
4. FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
Fee: $150
- Full payment is required prior to filing. The Firm will not file or release any tax return until payment is received.
- All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. Any amendments, corrections, or additional services will incur separate fees.
5. DEADLINES & FILING
The Client is responsible for timely submission of information.
The Firm is not responsible for:
- Late filings
- Penalties or interest
- Rejected filings due to incorrect information
- IRS or state processing delays
6. LIABILITY LIMITATION
The Firm is not liable for penalties, interest, or damages resulting from Client provided information.
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
The Client agrees to hold the Firm harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Client information will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable laws. The Firm is not liable for data breaches beyond its control.
9. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. The Client is responsible for payment for work already performed.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

- They have reviewed and agree to this Agreement
